MEET THE FAMILY
Blair Wagner
I met Blair during my internship at the University of Louisville in 2009. We got along famously and stayed in touch with each other over the years. Blair has had stops at NFL, WNBA, USA Softball and more.
Blair is one of the most genuine and enthusiastic people I've ever known. His passion for people is incredible. It's clear that helping people be the best versions of themselves brings him joy and is his purpose.
Jeff Eaton
Jeff and I were introduced by Donnell Boucher at a coaches clinic in 2014. We connected quickly, discussing life and training. Jeff is currently at the University of Miami and as also had stops at Oregon, Purdue and UNLV.
Jeff is downright one of the best humans you will encounter. He is honest, forthcoming and always looking for a way to improve himself and others. He is a teacher, committed to building better people.
Alex Keough
Alex hired me in 2013 as his Graduate Assistant. After a year he promoted me to a full-time coaching position and together we built both a strength program and a friendship at Seattle University. Alex is currently the Olympic Director of S&C at Campbell University.
Alex is the smartest coach I've had the pleasure of working with, and what is more impressive is his ability to teach, develop others and simplify the complex.
Torre Becton
Torre and I met in 2014, he was an assistant coach at the University of Washington. He hired me at Cal and again at Texas. Torre has played a huge role in developing my coaching eye, but most importantly helping me navigate the business of strength and conditioning.

I have yet to see a better motivator, someone that can inspire and spread his passion to the young men under his tutelage. He is a friend and mentor.
Cory Castro
Castro and I met when I moved to Cal and he was retained from the previous staff. We've worked together 6 years and counting.

Castro is an extremely intelligent coach, he's always looking for new and better ways to develop his athletes. He's a great teacher and really takes pride in how his athletes develop and perform both on and off the field. Castro is an absolutely great human being and one that I am blessed to bounce ideas off daily.
Megan Young
I was introduced to Megan in 2014. She is the smartest coach I have had the privilege of being around. She has had a tremendous career and incredible life experiences.

Megan is a phenomenal human being and she has this intoxicating energy that pulls others toward her. She has helped and guided me throughout my career in every aspect you can imagine. She is a person that can spread her joy to you just by entering the same room.
Emmanuel Hibbler
EJ and I first connected over social media. That connect grew into phone calls and finally met at a conference in 2016. EJ is currently serving with Detroit Lions and has had coaching positions at University of Arkansas, Michigan State and Northern Illinois University.
He has been huge in sharing information with me and providing me with new solutions for similar problems I have encountered. He has definitely played a part in my thought process and training principles. It has been amazing watching our careers grow together.
Eliot Mar
I met Eliot in 2013 at Seattle U. He was a under-graduate volunteer for the women's basketball program. I watched him work tirelessly to build relationships and help the athletes any way he could. I got to see him rise through the ranks at SU and become the Director of Operations for USA Women's Basketball.

Eliot is a person of tremendous character. He gives his time, energy and heart to each person he encounters. I am extremely proud and grateful to consider him family.
Donnell Boucher
Donnell and I met in 2009 at the same clinic hosted at the University of Louisville. I spent that weekend with Donnell as a sponge trying to learn everything I could. Over the years Donnell has pushed me to become better, to hone in my management of relationships, to sharpen my presentation skills and to further understand the business side of the profession.

I am grateful for all the time Donnell has invested in me, I have always apprecited his honesty, and perspective. He has helped in more ways than he knows and I always look forward to seeing him in person.
